Aforementioned problem: Mail quota is 250MB, currently at 101MB but messages beingness bounced:

I tried restarting the mail service just the problem remains. Could the quota not exist counting attachments or something?

I take the same problem with plesk 12.five MU 12... An mailbox with 5G of quota, that take only 15M of mail, and recieve "temporary failure. Control output: Mail handler 'bank check-quota' said: REPLY:452:4.2.ii Mailbox full four.2.1 Message can not exist delivered at this time " message.
The problem it seem the "maildirsize" file format ( /var/qmail/mailnames/domain.com/pedidos/Maildir/maildirsize) :

Hi there,
having the same issue over here. We migrated this user/client from another server and a few days ago we did a migration from courier to dovecot. Mailbox sizes are unlimited, usage is mayhap 60MB plus minus.
using CentOS release 6.eight (Final), with plesk 12.5.xxx Update #48

I estimate this didn't practice anything. Disabled the quota'southward for now. Promise that will keep the post catamenia working for now. Whatever ideas what the consequence could be? Is it a plesk thing or maybe dovecot specific?

having probably the same problem. My customer ([email protected]) is not receiving some emails (in this particular example from [email protected]). There is no mailbox quota for [electronic mail protected]

I might accept a solution: the standard email setting for message size in Plesk is 10MB. The affected emails had attachments - every bit the log shows the email size was 27144 kByte and that'southward why the e-mail got rejected. At to the lowest degree this is what I think.
I set the electronic mail size to 50MB (/plesk/server/mail/).
